Please keep all jewellery and crystals away from water, personal care products and any harsh chemicals such as perfumes. Exposure to these could lead to tarnishing.
Our jewellery and crystals are fragile, please ensure that you are careful with our pieces in order to avoid damage. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
We ensure safe packaging of your items using boxes/padding and protection. Our packaging is eco friendly, recycled and biodegradable for our planet. This includes items being wrapped in Diamond Protect Hex Wrap which is a eco-friendly bubble wrap alternative made from 100% recyclable kraft paper. There are no additives or coating. Please recycle or use again!
We ship using self-locking boxes that are environmentally friendly, sturdy and secure. Made from recycled cardboard and with FSC certified paper sourced from responsibly managed forests and manufactured locally in Australia.
Our tissue paper is acid-free, it protects your items and doesn't deteriorate over time like standard acidic tissue paper.
Shipping and Returns
Please understand we may not be able to fulfil your order immediately, even though we will try our best to do so. Allow for at least 4-7 business days for your items to be dispatched.
Order confirmation and tracking numbers will be provided via your email provided. If you don't get a confirmation or tracking number please check your junk mail before contacting us. If for whatever reason it has not been sent to you, please contact us immediately.
Standard Postage 2 to 8 business days within Australia will cost $9.00.
If you spend over $100 in Australia you will receive free Standard Shipping.
Express Shipping 1-4 business days in Australia will cost $15.00
For overseas standard international delivery to New Zealand 6-27 days it will cost $16.00.
For overseas standard international delivery 6 to 28 days it will cost $22.00.
Returns are accepted for any products which may have been damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us with photos within 48 hours if this is the case, and must be returned within 7 days. If it has not been received to us within 14 days you will not be given a refund.
To start a return you can contact us at moonshadowcrystal@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 hours to contact and send us photos.
Exceptions/non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will give your the address to send your items back to us via e-mail.
