Crystals and stones come in a variety of different shapes, colours, and sizes, and each have a different meaning. So the question is, does shape matter? The answer to this question is YES! Each shape holds a valuable meaning and all play a part in the way their energy radiates and it also affects the way you receive energy.
I will cover some of the most popular shapes so you can have a better understanding of them, and this will hopefully help you to decide what shape is best for you and your needs.

I always recommend tumble stones to anyone just starting to buy crystals, they are the perfect stepping stone to start your journey buying crystals. They may be small but have many benefits and are a must have for your collection.
Tumble stones make wonderful travel companions as you can easily add them to your bag, or pocket. Sometimes I even keep one in my bra! They are also a popular tool used in meditation and stress relief.

These have strong vibrational energies, this is due to their many points combined together. They help us to feel more energized physically and mentally as well as helping us with decision making.
Each of the little points in a Geode emits its own energy, the inside of a geode is extremely powerful and can be used for cleansing or charging small crystals or tumbled stones.
Clusters have points of all different sizes and shapes that usually terminate in different directions. I love clusters, this is because they are all so unique, no two clusters are ever the same. Clusters are very powerful with their output of energy, and the points in a cluster vibrate together to bring positive energy and remove negativity in any space they are in.

Wherever you place a point/tower they will release a very focused and directional energy that will affect the area around it as well as nearby crystals. Palm stones/worry stones are the perfect size to hold in your hands when meditating or when feeling stressed. Personally, I love buying palm stones/worry stones because they are cute, comforting and affordable.
They can be great to help with anxiety, and when placed under your pillow they help with falling asleep and staying asleep. If you want to hold a palm stone/worry stone when going to sleep it is very comforting. They can aid us in sleep, lucid dreaming, and remembering our dreams.
Due to their small size you can keep one in your pocket or your bag, most days I pick a palm stone/worry stone that I am drawn to that day and put it in my handbag so it can be with me all day.
Hearts
Loving and gentle!
Hearts are very similar to palm stones/worry stones, the main difference is that they are shaped to look like a heart. Heart crystals connect with the energy of the heart chakra and radiate their energy in a very gentle and loving manner. The heart crystal gives us a sense of harmony, peace, and love.
Program your heart crystal with specific intentions, in my opinion everyone should own at least one heart crystal in their collection. All of the uses mentioned for palm stones/worry stones also apply to heart carvings.
